How to Buy

You can purchase the Resume Questionnaire online for just $5.95. Just review the following steps and then click on the "Buy Now" button below.

Step 2: Process your Payment and Download  the "Resume Questionnaire"  After accepting your payment, the system will take you to PayPal's payment completion screen.  This screen will summarize your payment, and give you the option of printing your receipt. 

 

Important: After printing your receipt, close the print screen.  Then, click on  the "Return To Merchant" or "Return To KAW Consulting" button or link towards the bottom of the payment completion screen to go the instructions on how to download the file. 

 

If for some reason you have trouble downloading the file after paying, Click Here to send an e-mail alerting us of the problem.  Include your name, the name used on your credit card to purchase the file, and an e-mail address.  We will verify your payment and send you the file by e-mail.
