KAW Consulting provides Organizational Development (OD), Training and Development (T&D), and Human Resource (HR) consulting to organizations dedicated to increasing the effectiveness of their people resources.  Our major strength is in designing custom tailored solutions specifically geared to the challenges faced by our clients. 

Clients use us to help with a wide variety of OD, T&D and HR issues such as people and leadership development, team development, strategic planning, and assistance with staffing analysis.

Often, we are brought in by a member of Senior Management—such as the Human Resources Director, or Senior Director of Learning and Development—and work with them directly in tailoring a custom based solution to meet a specific organizational need.  Types of areas we have worked in include:

• Customized Training and Development in leadership and management development, supervision, delegation, project management, and team building.

• Consulting on Team Development for high performance work groups, including both consulting to Senior and Departmental Management on their role in the formation and development of a successful team, and facilitation of team development activities for the team itself.

• Consulting on Organizational Development issues such as strategic planning, change management, and organizational development planning on how to build an environment that reinforces the work practices needed to reach your organization's goals.

• Human Resource Consulting on staffing needs and preparation of needed position profiles and competency models.

KAW also provides employee productivity tools such as "Meetings That Work" an electronic book that shows you step by step how to design and run effective meetings.
